Download County Data

Selecting the option to download county data will allow the user to import the trap data onto a personal computer to analyze data and create graphs as needed.  The user will be asked to specify what data is needed by selecting  the county name, and date range of the beginning observation.  The program will create the comma delimited text file, and give the user a hyperlink to retrieve the file.  If using Internet Explorer, click the right mouse button on the hyperlink and then select Save Target As to be able to specify the download location of the file.  Otherwise, click on the hyperlink to retrieve the file.  To import into Quattro Pro, select Tools/Data Tools/Quick Column, and specify the downloaded file name.  (The file name format is FILEYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.CSV, where YYYY is the 4-digit year, MM is the month, DD is the day, HH is the hour, MM is the minute, and SS is the second at the time the file is created.)  Make sure the spreadsheet is set for comma delimited files.  Select Parse to import the data.  The data should appear in the correct column format.  Row one of the downloaded file contains the column definitions and can be removed once the file is imported.  Other spreadsheet programs may require different steps to import the file.
